We usually reply within two to three working days. We read every message, including the ones we cannot answer in detail.

What you can write to us about

• Corrections. If an article contains a mistake, an outdated rule or a broken link, tell us which page and what is wrong. We fix errors directly in the article.
• Suggestions. Topics you would like covered, questions you keep hearing on court, or feedback on an article that helped (or did not).
• Rights and removal. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright or your personal rights, send us the page address and a short explanation. We respond to every such request.
• Privacy. Questions about how the site handles data, or requests under data-protection law. See our Privacy Policy first — most answers are there.
• Partnerships. Clubs, coaches and event organisers are welcome to get in touch. Please note that we do not publish paid articles or sponsored reviews.

What we cannot do

We are a small team of recreational players. We cannot give individual coaching by email, referee disputes from your local league, or recommend a specific paddle for you personally. Our guides on those topics are the best we can offer.

Where we are

PickleballTrue is run from Vietnam and publishes in eight languages. There is no phone line and no postal office for the public; email is the only channel we monitor.
