These terms apply to your use of PickleballTrue (pickleballtrue.com, "the site"). By reading the site you agree to them. They are deliberately short.

What the site is for

PickleballTrue publishes guides, explanations and news about pickleball for beginners and recreational players. The content is general information, written by recreational players. It is not:

• professional coaching or a training programme designed for you;
• medical, physiotherapy or fitness advice;
• an official statement of the rules of any federation or tournament;
• a substitute for the instructions that come with your equipment.

Pickleball is a physical sport. Warm up, know your limits, and consult a doctor before starting a new exercise routine if you have any health concern. You use any drill, technique or advice from this site at your own risk.

Rules and gear

The rules of pickleball are set by the governing bodies (for example USA Pickleball and the International Pickleball Federation) and change from time to time. We do our best to describe them accurately and to name the source, but the official rulebook always takes precedence over anything written here. Descriptions of equipment reflect our own experience and publicly available specifications; check with the manufacturer before you buy.

Copyright and using our content

All articles, images and other content on PickleballTrue are the property of PickleballTrue unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright.

You may:

• read, print and share links to our pages freely;
• quote short passages (a sentence or two) with a clear credit and a link to the original article.

You may not:

• copy, republish or translate whole articles or substantial parts of them, on any website, app or print publication, without written permission;
• use our content to train or fine-tune automated systems, or scrape the site at scale;
• remove credits or present our content as your own.

PickleballTrue is operated from Vietnam. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your own country.
