HEAD Radical Tour 15

The Radical Tour 15 uses a 16-inch standard shape, a raw carbon face, and a layered PP honeycomb, EPP, and EVA core. Its thermoformed construction and foam walls are intended to add stability and enlarge the effective hitting area. The 8.3-ounce weight should feel solid through contact, while the 5-inch handle leaves more room for the paddle face.

The carbon face is described as micro-forged, with a predictable texture and spin response. The 7.5- to 7.75-inch width gives it classic proportions rather than an elongated reach-first design. HEAD describes the paddle as a balanced power-and-control option, while published evaluations differ on how much evidence supports its performance.

This paddle fits players who build points with firm drives and still want dependable control during faster exchanges. Its 8.3-ounce weight and stable construction should favor strong contact from the baseline, especially if you already swing comfortably with a heavier paddle.

The raw carbon face is designed for a consistent spin response, while the core thickness and layered foam construction support touch and stability. The standard length offers less reach than an elongated paddle, but the shorter 5-inch handle can feel quicker during hand battles. Choose it for controlled power and reliable contact rather than maximum reach or an especially light swing.
